How to get started and get finished!
1. Inquiry
You send us your idea in any shape and form and we contact you in within one (1) business day with follow up questions or our current schedule.
2. Estimation
We contact you with an initial ballpark estimate and engagement plan. This may take several days, during which we stay in close contact with you to discuss new ideas, clarify requirements and inform you about our progress. Our goal here is to give you enough information to assess feasibility of the project as quickly as possible.
This is a good time to meet face to face to brainstorm.
3. Solicit Requirements
Having engagement plan agreed upon, we start soliciting the requirements of the project during which we study your project requirements, environment and processes in-depth.
This process will result in clarity, codified in documents such as:
- Functional requirements
- Mockups (wireframe skeleton)
- Development roadmap
- Project staffing requirements
- Infrastructure requirements
- Duration and costs
In many cases we prefer discovery phase to start with a series of face-to-face meeting allow for clear communications and establish personal contact. Depending on size of the project this phase may take from 1 to 6 weeks.
4. Contract / Agreement
We send you the requirements discovered and a contract, in addition to start schedule resources (required talent) for the project. Contract negotiation can take a while and in many cases we start setting up project infrastructure long before paperwork is actually completed to keep the momentum.
5. Production
The production phase is where the creation of your project (and QA) takes place.
We pride ourselves on having an open process, so that you have visibility of the project status by using agile project management process.
6. Launch
Webolize LLC will be there when you launch your product. We’ll be glad to help you choose hosting (cloud) platform and develop safe deployment procedures. If this is an upgrade to an existing production app, we can work with you after hours to launch.
7. Support
Software projects may require maintenance and support. We understand that and we are always ready to provide post-production support if necessary in addition to our standard warranty period.
8. Hand-over / on-board
We will provide all necessary resources to perform smooth and seamless handover of the project to your team, including clear and simple documentation.
Generally we do monthly code and deliverables (and documentation) dumps to you.
We’ll help your IT department get up to speed with the project and infrastructure, and of course we are just one phone call away to answer your questions.
